Commissions that are for commercial use and already have a commercial fee applied are: Vtuber models and pngtubers.

IT'S NOT allowed to use my art to train any class or type of AI (Artificial Intelligence).

Retail use is completely Prohibited, especially nfts.

The artist holds all rights to the commissioned piece.

I have the right to use the commission for promotion purposes (commission samples, post the finished product, speed paints, even work on it on stream).

Please give me full credit when you’re posting it on social media, and it is also important to clarify that you must not remove my watermark or signature under any circumstances.

I have all the right to decline any commission I may not feel comfortable with.

Do not claim the work as your own or use it for profit.

Please provide clear instructions / visual references (pose, outfit, color scheme,moodboard).

In case full creativity is allowed and/or there are No visual references to work with. free changes cannot be requested, because it's hard for me to visualize things from scratch, especially if I don't know the characters I'm working with, keep in mind that I learn visually so please give me visual references on what you desire, this way I can interpret what you want.

The image format at the time of delivery is JPG unless the background of the image is transparent in which case the format will be PNG.

For security reasons I do not send drawings in their maximum quality unless there is a previous agreement (subject to an additional cost).

Confirm and accept the terms of service.

DM me on DISCORD: @Munischief (or through the means by which they previously contacted me) with all the details and submit to reserve a slot and discuss the request.

Provide a detailed and clear reference (images, Moodboard, poses. etc).

Once the details have been settled, you are then to pay the agreed upon amount (preferred full payment upfront, or with a prior discussion I would maybe accept 50/50 payment) so I can start working on your commission.

I will send an screenshot with the initial sketches for you to check. You’ll only be allowed to make only (3) minor revisions sketch phase, color base phase and render phase. Anything past the sketch phase can’t be changed.

The final artwork will be sent through email once the final payment has been transferred.

Estimated time: commission will take about 14-34 days (it may vary depending on my personal time) from date of payment.

Detailed background +40% of base price.

Additional character +50% per character.

please only request commission if you have the money on hand.

If I am not paid within 48 hours your commission will be declined and I'll move on to the next commissioner.

The finished artwork(s) will be sent via email.

Refunds are not possible after the sketch phase has been completed.

I only start after the payment and invoice only. You can pay 50% first if you want, but I won't finish the color nor give you the file unless you pay the other 50%. You can also do the full payment in the initial phase if you want, it's client choice.

Models are commercial use only and have the commercial fee included, that means even if you want a model for personal use/as oc, you have to pay the model as commercial product anyway to avoid any dishonest re-sell.

I DO NOT ALLOW ANY RECOLORS OR RE-SELL ON MY PIECES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If you have an issue with a piece you received, let me know and I will fix it for you.

Any toggle or asset that required the psd file to do a rig with it, count as a model resource and I do not accept to someone else do that extra work for me. That means it's strictly prohibited that you as a client, or someone else, draw any extra toggle, expression, clothes, body part, etc, besides me. All that it's includes to my pricelist, so if you want any extra resource for the model please respect my work and DO NOT draw over it. It's uncomfortable and disrespectful, and I prefer that my models looks with a similar general esthetic.

This NOT includes appart assets like static images like extra hands with a pose, or a decorative animal or chairs, etc. So feel free to use them in streams, but please do not edit the psd files.

Only the PSD file will be delivered. If you want the images in png separately, please state it beforehands.

The model comes with a basic open and closed mouth. If you want the differents shapes of AEIOU vocals for a smooth movement in the rig, please say it beforehands, but it has an extra charge.

If you are not satisfied with the finished product, you are not allowed to issue a refund.

If you are not satisfied with the finished product because I have drawn/forgotten any detail/colour or have messed up on anything else with the character/design (That has been stated/shown in your reference), I will correct it but no refunds will be issued.

If you don't send me a proper form to request a commission, I'll take it as you didn't read my T.O.S and won't accept your commission.

If you fail to abide by my T.O.S, you will be blacklisted from any future commissions.
